We cover case theory, examination-in-chief and cross-examination, objections, and persuasive submissions. The focus is building a clear theory of the case and presenting it with structure and control.
Worked problems and sample answers for Advocacy are on the way. In the meantime, sessions cover the whole subject, one-on-one and online across Australia.
